Fees charged at the time of purchase

At the time of purchase, the following will be charged:

• ¥2.000 initial fee for shipping, transport and device insurance
• 1 monthly fee of the chosen plan
• ¥5.000 device security deposit

The total amount will appear in the shopping cart before payment.

We deliver the Pocket WiFi anywhere in Japan. Just provide the hotel name correctly, the full address and the guest's name at the time of the order to ensure error-free delivery.

Coverage and technology

This Pocket WiFi works throughout Japan, using the SoftBank signal with 4G / LTE / 4.5G / 5G technology, according to the coverage area.

How to use the device

The Pocket WiFi is very easy to use. Just turn on the device, look for the WiFi network shown on the device itself and connect using the ID and password provided.

You can conveniently connect smartphones, tablets and computers throughout your trip.

Simultaneous connection

The device allows connecting approximately 10 to 16 devices simultaneously, depending on the model shipped.

How the initial payment works

At the start, you will pay:

¥2.000 initial fee + 1 monthly fee of the chosen plan + ¥5.000 deposit

Usage period

This service is valid for 30 days.
At the moment, we do not offer plans shorter than 30 days.

If you want to use it longer

If you want to keep using it after the 30 days, just pay the monthly fee of the chosen plan.

Together with the device, we will send a QR Code with the payment link for renewal. That way, you can renew for another 30 days and keep using it for as long as you want.

Returning the device

After use, simply return the Pocket WiFi.

We will include a sticker with our address. To return it, it's simple:

1. Buy a blue Letter Pack (レターパックライト), sold at any post office in Japan
2. Attach the sticker with our address
3. Drop it in any red mailbox in Japan, including at airports

Deposit refund

After the device is returned, the ¥5.000 deposit will be refunded automatically by the website.
