The 6, 12, 24 or 36-month minimum terms and ongoing monthly conditions on this page apply only to products sold as monthly plans, not to the prepaid Pocket offer above. Prepaid eSIMs follow the selected data allowance and validity and do not renew automatically.

Price and Tax
Unless otherwise stated, the amounts shown on each product page and on the purchase confirmation screen are totals that include 10% consumption tax. Any shipping fees, initial fees, device costs, deposits or other additional charges are shown before the order is confirmed.
Payment
You may pay by credit card or any other method shown at checkout. Products clearly marked as “auto-renewal / subscription” are charged automatically on the cycle you agreed to at purchase. For other communication plans and combo products, this site charges only the first payment, and from the following month onward you pay via the payment link or QR code provided by Aurora Net.
Delivery Timing
Physical products are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after identity verification, stock confirmation and payment confirmation. During busy periods, for remote islands, or due to review or line-activation procedures, it may take up to about 15 business days. Digital products such as eSIM are delivered by email or similar means once verification is complete.
Contract Term and Cancellation
The minimum term is the 6, 12, 24 or 36 months shown on the product page, or the set period for traveler products. Early cancellation fees are charged only within the limits of applicable law; unpaid charges, unreturned loaned equipment or actual damages may be billed separately. For communication services to which the statutory initial-contract cancellation system applies, you may request cancellation by the prescribed method within 8 days of receiving the contract document.
Returns and Exchanges
Except where permitted by law, we cannot accept returns or refunds after the line is activated, after the eSIM QR code is issued, or for reasons attributable to the customer. For initial device defects, incorrect delivery, or a significant discrepancy with the product description, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. Used devices are sold based on the grade, specifications and condition stated on the product page.
Identity Verification
For voice SIM and similar services, by law or by carrier requirements, you must be a resident of Japan and present a valid identity document. If a My Number Card is used for identity verification, we check only the front side by a secure method; we do not request the submission, photographing or storage of the back side, which shows the individual number.
