These terms govern Aurora Net purchases and services operated by 株式会社紙﨑グローバル.

Prices and billing

Consumer prices include 10% consumption tax. Setup fees, device, Pocket Wi‑Fi, deposit and shipping appear before confirmation. Products labelled subscription recur as authorised at checkout. For other plans and the combo, Shopify charges only the first payment; later monthly payments are made separately by link or QR.

Eligibility and service

Voice plans may require Japan residency and valid identification. If a My Number Card is used, only the front is checked securely. Approval, activation, coverage, speed and compatibility depend on the carrier, area, device, stock and fair-use policy.

Term and cancellation

The minimum term shown on the product may be 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, or the stated tourist period. After it ends, service continues month-to-month until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Any early cancellation fee is limited to applicable law; overdue charges and unreturned equipment remain payable.

Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
