Shipping Policy

We ship physical products to eligible Japanese addresses. After payment, identity and stock confirmation, dispatch is normally within 3–5 business days and may take up to 15 business days during demand peaks, remote-area delivery, review or activation.

The shipping method, estimate and charge are shown before confirmation. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or absence may be charged after notice.

eSIM and other digital items are delivered by email or a secure channel after approval. Do not share the QR code. Contact seikou@kaizenholdingjapan.com for material delay, loss or transit damage.
