Delivery and costs before purchase
Physical products are delivered within Japan. Check the following costs before adding a product to your cart. Initial fees for monthly plans are charged once, separately from the monthly price, and do not apply to the prepaid Pocket promotion.

Prepaid Pocket: estimated delivery 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Other physical products: normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment, any required identity checks and stock confirmation; screening, activation, remote areas or high demand may extend this to 15 business days. Lines requiring identity verification can be used after approval.
eSIMs and QR codes are delivered by email after the required checks, with no physical shipment. Device compatibility, data allowances and validity are stated on each product.
To return a Pocket, purchase a Letter Pack and send the device and accessories to the return address on the product page. This return postage is separate from initial delivery.
Orders combining products from different delivery profiles may combine applicable one-time fees. Review the final total before confirming. For delays, loss or address errors, contact support@auroranet.online with your order number.
