Prepaid Pocket Wi-Fi: no initial fee or minimum monthly commitment
The prepaid 4.5G Pocket Wi-Fi offer has 30, 60 and 90-day options. Initial fee: ¥0. Delivery within Japan: ¥0. Tax-inclusive prices: 30 days ¥5,478; 60 days ¥10,956; 90 days ¥16,434. There is no automatic charge or renewal. To extend, pay for the next period through the renewal link. Return the device and accessories when you finish.
The 6, 12, 24 or 36-month minimum terms and ongoing monthly conditions on this page apply only to products sold as monthly plans, not to the prepaid Pocket offer above. Prepaid eSIMs follow the selected data allowance and validity and do not renew automatically.
The ¥5,000 deposit mentioned below applies only to products that expressly disclose that deposit before purchase. It is not a general fee for every Pocket Wi-Fi.
Before activation or dispatch, cancellation may be requested; costs already incurred and services performed may be deducted where law permits.
After service activation or eSIM QR issuance, change-of-mind returns are not accepted except for mandatory rights, verified fault or our error. Where Japan's initial contract cancellation regime applies, it may be exercised within the statutory 8-day period.
Report an initial device fault, incorrect item or material mismatch within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation, repair, replacement or refund is offered under applicable law and availability. Used phones are sold according to the stated grade; matching cosmetic wear is not a defect.
A ¥5,000 tourist Pocket Wi‑Fi deposit is refunded after return and inspection, less actual loss, damage or missing-item costs. Contact seikou@kaizenholdingjapan.com with the order number.
