Data SIM & Pocket Wi‑Fi Terms

All displayed prices include 10% consumption tax. The final price, setup fee, refundable deposit where applicable, and shipping are shown before confirmation.

A data SIM is intended for mobile internet and may not provide traditional calls or SMS. Pocket Wi‑Fi is a separate service from a mobile phone. Data allowance, speed, throttling, coverage and minimum term are those stated on the product page.

Plans with 6, 12, 24 or 36-month minimum terms require the stated commitment. Tourist products follow the stated period and may require a ¥5,000 deposit, refunded after return and inspection less loss, damage or missing items. Any displayed ¥2,000 tourist setup fee already includes tax.

Products labelled subscription are charged automatically. For all others, Shopify charges only the first payment and later monthly charges are paid separately to Aurora Net. Early cancellation and returns follow applicable law and the refund policy. eSIM cannot be returned after QR issuance or activation, except for a verified defect.
