Terms & Conditions – Aurora Net 5G WiFi (5G Home WiFi / 5G Pocket WiFi) 📡

By purchasing, receiving, and/or using Aurora Net 5G WiFi, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


1) Service Overview

Aurora Net 5G WiFi is an internet service provided via a Wi‑Fi router device. The delivered device may be either: 5G Home WiFi or 5G Pocket WiFi.

Important: the device model may change depending on stock availability. The service purpose remains the same.


2) Pricing

  • Initial device fee: ¥4,980
  • Monthly fee: ¥6,980 / month

Taxes/other fees may apply depending on the law and purchase channel.


3) Required Setting – Always use Standard mode

This service uses the same system as Pocket WiFi. To avoid extra charges and data limitations, always use: Standard mode.

Do not change any settings on the device.

⚠ If you switch to “Plus Area”

  • Your monthly fee increases by +¥1,500
  • In this system, usage is limited to 10GB only

If the customer changes settings and activates “Plus Area”, the customer is deemed to have accepted the conditions above.


4) Minimum term, Auto‑renewal, and Cancellation

  • Minimum use period: 6 months
  • Auto‑renewal: the contract renews automatically
  • Cancellation: must be requested by message (details and deadlines will be provided by support)

5) Monthly Payments

To keep the service active, you must complete the monthly payment using the payment link sent to your registered email (or as instructed by your purchase channel).


6) Late Payment, Suspension, and Reactivation

  • Suspension: if payment is not confirmed by the due date, service may be suspended/blocked 3 to 5 days after the due date.
  • Reactivation time: after payment confirmation, reactivation may take 24 hours up to 5 days.
  • Express reactivation (within 24 hours): a fee of ¥1,000 may apply.
  • Repeated late payment: if suspension due to late payment occurs more than 3 times, any discount may be removed, and/or the contract may be terminated automatically without prior notice.

Bottom line: pay on time.

8) Shipping

  • Estimated: 3–5 business days
  • During peak periods: 3–15 business days

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, technical, or legal reasons. The latest version will be published on this page.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
