Data SIM & Pocket Wi‑Fi Terms

All prices shown include 10% consumption tax. The final amount, initial fee, any refundable deposit and shipping are shown before the order is confirmed.

Data SIM is for mobile internet and may not support regular voice calls or SMS. Pocket Wi‑Fi is a separate service from a mobile phone handset. Data allowance, speed limits, service area and minimum term follow what is shown on the product page.

6, 12, 24 or 36-month plans have the minimum term shown. Products for travelers follow the stated period and may require a deposit of 5,000 yen. After return and inspection, the deposit is refunded less any loss, damage or missing items. The traveler initial fee shown of 2,000 yen includes tax.

Products marked as subscription are billed automatically. For the others, Shopify charges only the first payment and the following months are paid separately to Aurora Net. Early cancellation and returns follow applicable law and the refund policy. eSIMs cannot be returned once the QR has been issued and activated, except for confirmed defects.
