Voice & Data SIM Terms of Service

Price: The amounts shown on product pages and at checkout include 10% consumption tax. The resident combo is 1GB at 4,378円/month, 20GB at 6,578円/month, with a SIM setup fee of 3,300円 (first time only). Pocket Wi‑Fi is an optional separate service: 200GB at 5,478円/month and unlimited at 6,578円/month.

Eligibility: Open to residents of Japan who hold valid identification. If a My Number Card is used, we verify only the front by a secure method and never request the back or the individual number.

Term: The minimum term is shown on the product page; the resident combo is 12 months. After the minimum term, service continues month to month until cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Early-termination fees apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and any unpaid amounts and the cost of unreturned equipment are payable separately.

Billing: Products clearly labeled as subscriptions are charged automatically based on the authorization given at purchase. Other plans and combos are charged only for the first month on Shopify; from the following month you pay via an Aurora Net payment link or QR code.

Unlimited domestic calls are limited to eligible numbers within Japan. Special numbers, international calls, and SMS may incur additional charges. Speed and coverage vary with the network, location, device, and fair-use policy.
