Data SIM and Pocket Wi‑Fi Terms

All displayed prices include 10% consumption tax. The final price, setup fee, any refundable deposit where applicable, and shipping are shown before you confirm.

The data SIM is intended for mobile internet and may not offer traditional calls or SMS. Pocket Wi‑Fi is a service separate from the mobile phone. Data allowance, speed, throttling after the limit, coverage and minimum term are those stated on the product.

Plans with a 6, 12, 24 or 36‑month term require the stated commitment. Tourist products follow the stated period and may require a ¥5,000 deposit, refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected, less any damage, loss or missing items. The ¥2,000 tourist setup fee, when shown, already includes tax.

Products marked as a subscription are billed automatically. For all others, Shopify charges only the first payment and the following monthly fees are paid separately to Aurora Net. Early cancellation and returns follow applicable law and the refund policy. An eSIM cannot be returned after the QR code is issued/activated, except in the case of a proven defect.
