All prices shown include 10% consumption tax. The plan, initial fee, any equipment rental/deposit, shipping and the first payment total are shown before confirmation.

Home 5G Wi‑Fi and Pocket 5G Wi‑Fi depend on 5G/4G coverage at your address or place of use. Speed, latency and availability are not guaranteed and vary with congestion, buildings, weather, device and fair-use policy.

The minimum term is the one shown on the product, including 6 months when so advertised. Products marked as subscription are billed automatically; for the others, the site charges only the first payment and the following months are paid separately to Aurora Net.

Rented equipment must be returned within the stated time and condition. Loss, damage beyond normal use or failure to return may incur a charge for the actual cost. Cancellation and any penalty comply with applicable law. Where the initial cancellation regime applies, the customer may exercise it within 8 days of receiving the contract document.
