Aurora Net 5G Wi‑Fi Terms

All displayed prices include 10% consumption tax. The plan, setup fee, any equipment rental/deposit, shipping and first-payment total appear before confirmation.

5G Home Wi‑Fi and 5G Pocket Wi‑Fi depend on 5G/4G coverage at the service location. Speed, latency and availability are not guaranteed and vary with congestion, building conditions, weather, device and fair-use policy.

The minimum term is the one stated on the product, including 6 months where advertised. Products labelled subscription are charged automatically; for all others, the site charges only the first payment and later months are paid separately to Aurora Net.

Rented equipment must be returned within the stated time and condition. Loss, damage beyond normal use or non-return may be charged at actual cost. Cancellation and any fee follow applicable law. Where Japan's initial contract cancellation regime applies, the customer may exercise it within 8 days after receiving the contract document.
