Voice & Data SIM Terms

Prices: all amounts displayed on the product page and at checkout include 10% consumption tax. Residential combo: 1GB ¥4,378/month; 20GB ¥6,578/month; one-time SIM setup fee ¥3,300. Pocket Wi‑Fi is optional and separate: 200GB ¥5,478/month or unlimited ¥6,578/month.

Eligibility: for residents of Japan with valid identification. If a My Number Card is used, only the front may be checked through a secure channel; we never request the back or the individual number.

Term: the minimum term is shown on the product, including 12 months for the residential combo. After the minimum term, service continues month-to-month until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Any early cancellation charge is limited to what applicable law permits; overdue amounts and unreturned equipment remain payable.

Billing: products explicitly labelled subscription are charged automatically as authorised at checkout. For other plans and the combo, Shopify charges only the first payment; later monthly charges are paid separately to Aurora Net by payment link or QR code.

Unlimited domestic calls apply to compatible numbers in Japan. Special numbers, international calls and SMS may be charged separately. Speed and coverage depend on the network, location, device and fair-use policy. Activation begins after identity, payment and availability checks.
