Receive it, turn it on and connectEstimated delivery is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. The Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password are printed on the device label. Once the line is activated, just turn it on and connect. Do not press RESET or restore factory settings.

Renew or returnTo continue, pay through the renewal link sent by email and keep using the same device. To finish, return the Pocket Wi-Fi and accessories by Letter Pack.

Is there a setup fee or contract?
For a limited time, the regular ¥3,000 setup fee is ¥0. There is no minimum-term contract. This is a prepaid 30-day rental and the device must be returned when you finish.
Is the data unlimited?
Yes. The plan includes unlimited 4.5G Advanced data during the 30-day rental period.
Actual speeds may vary with coverage, signal, indoor conditions, congestion and network conditions.
How do I submit the required documents?
After your purchase, Aurora Net will email you all instructions for submitting the required documentation. Please follow the instructions in that email.
How can I pay?
Pay in advance at checkout. Konbini payment is available; any other available payment methods are shown on the payment screen.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. To continue, pay for the next period using the renewal link.
When does the rental period start?
The 30-day rental period starts on the day you receive the Pocket Wi-Fi.
Do I need to configure the device?
No. It arrives configured. Once the line is active, turn it on and connect using the SSID and password on the device label. No APN setup is needed. Do not press RESET or restore factory settings.
How do I renew?

How do I return the device?
Buy a Letter Pack and return the Pocket Wi-Fi with its accessories to the return address shown below. Use Letter Pack Plus if needed for thickness and keep the tracking number until delivery.
